Yoga is a gradual process and it is for everyone, no matter how old you are. You don’t need to be flexible and fit to start practicing yoga and to enjoy its benefits – you become fit and flexible by practicing yoga. You will be guided to practice at your own level of fitness and ability. By practicing yoga you will gradually improve your overall health and quality of life.

The form needs to be submitted at the latest at 23.59 h a day before the morning class or 12 pm on the day for the evening class. Classes are funded by Westminster Council as part of Communities Priorities Programme
